Chỉ người đứng trên mọi người khác về vai vế, địa vị hoặc thứ bậc trong xã hội cũ. Thường dùng để nói người có vị thế cao nhất trong một nhóm theo quan niệm tôn ti.

Refers to a person ranked above all others in status or seniority in the old social order. It is used for someone regarded as the highest in position within a group according to hierarchical norms.
